Level II Class

The Level II qualification offers broad coverage of all product categories in the field of alcoholic drinks, together with the theory of tasting technique. It is appropriate for both beginners as well as those with a serious interest in wine. The class will cover the wines and spirits of the world over 8 sessions of approximately 2 hours in length. A one-hour, multiple-choice examination will be given during the 9th and final session. Wine tasting is a part of every class. Successful candidates receive the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines & Sprits.

Session 7 — Wednesday, June 12:  Sparkling Wines and Sweet Wines
Session 8 — Wednesday, June 19:  Fortified Wines and Spirits
